QuickCapture

QuickCapture is a client branding configurable survey tool to set up and collect both quantitative and qualitative consumer API at corporate events. Systematically, it's a product in the experiential marketing industry for integration across multiple activations for client ROI.
Background
What is QC
QC(QuickCapture) is the client branded survey tool that collects consumer data at corporate events. Systematically, it's a product in the experiential marketing industry for integration across multiple activations for client ROI.
What I did
Currently, QC5 is being used and a lot of steps and hours are taken internally in order to set up the tool. The interface and workflow were complicated and not user-friendly. Working with developers and the product director, my job was to figure out the issue of the current product and update designs with better UX for QC6 and present.

Previous Design
Below is the screen shot of the current QC. Apart from the visual issues, there was Interaction Design that didn't make sense.

API Flow
The image is showing the steps API is being set up and used for each event often through survey application.

Once survey flow starts on QC, it goes into the backend and gets the authentication token (wrist bands in USAA case) from the Authentication location, then once the consumers enter their personal data, backend system categorizes (Based on the consumer types set up during the KPI set up). API saves consumer data into EventOS, which is eshots cloud storage system.

Considering 80% of this application is going to be on the kiosk for the tour manager to set up, below shows the initial flow for the tour manager to set up the survey.

The Feedback from the engineering team
I Received feedbacks from the development team that in order to do within the budget, there needed to be development rules applied:

1. The gradients are no longer supported by iOS unless doing customizable work.

2. The placement of the starting place of the content should be consistent and the context cannot be centered.

3. Each client has different types of logos and they cannot place the logo on every page.

4. Most clients do want to have a clear space where they can showcase their marketing material images. - Although that is true, I pushed to make the focus on the context as that is the main task for the user.
